Mrs. Florence (Karl) Ludolph, 88, of 1050 W. Galena Ave., died Thursday afternoon at Stephenson Nursing Center following a long illness.
She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ.
Born Jan. 11, 1892, in Freeport, she was the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Risshel. She married Karl Ludolph Sept. 8, 1913, in Chicago.
Surviving are her husband; five sons, Robert of Freeport, Woodrow of Ancona, Carl of Phoenix, Ariz., Kenneth of Rockford and Frederick of Hurst, Texas.
She was preceded in death by two sons and one sister.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home with the Rev. Philip J. Anstedt, pastor of St. John United Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
A memorial fund has been established.
